RESORT POLICIES

POLICIES:

All rates are quoted in US Dollars, per night, single/double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Special offers are subject to availability and date restrictions may apply. Daily rates do not include taxes or gratuities and are subject to change without notice. Resort does not impose a resort fee.

RATES INCLUDE:

  • Valet parking
  • Wireless internet access
  • Private bar, replenished daily
  • Use of fitness center, sauna & steam room

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL PERSONS POLICY:

  • Children under 12 years old are free of charge when staying in the parent’s room with the existing bedding configuration.
  • Occupancy is limited to 2 adults in our Deluxe Suite with a King Size Bed
  • Occupancy is limited to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child in our Deluxe Suite with two Queen Size Beds
  • Occupancy is limited to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child in our Master Casitas
  • Occupancy is limited to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child in our Premium Casitas
  • Occupancy is Limited to 5 people in our Two Bedroom Casitas.
  • Rates for our Deluxe Suites, Premium Casitas and Master Casitas are based on two people, additional occupant fees of $75 per person, per night do apply for anyone over 12 years of age.
  • Rate in our Two Bedroom Casita is based on 4 people, additional occupant fees of $75 per person, per night do apply for anyone over 12 years of age.
  • Roll-away beds are available for our Master, Premium Casitas, and Two Bedroom Casitas. A nightly fee of $50 applies.
  • Cribs are available upon request with no fee.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Major holidays generally require a minimum night stay.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:

HIGH SEASON
Jan. 6 – Apr. 30 and Nov. 1 – Dec. 19

Pre-Payment
A credit card is required as a guarantee for the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking.
The total will be charged 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations

  • If there is a “no-show” 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 30 and 15 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
  • If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the reservations will be charged.
  • Cancellation policies may apply if a reservation is modified 30 days or less prior to the arrival date.
  • In the case that we are able to re sell the rooms, a 100% reimbursement will be made.
GREEN SEASON
May 1 – Oct 31

Pre-Payment
A pre-payment for the total amount of the reservation must be done 60 days prior to the arrival date
(or at time of booking).

Cancellations

  • If there is a “no-show” 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 60 and 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
  • If a reservation is cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the reservations will be charged.
  • In the case that we are able to re sell the rooms, a 100% reimbursement will be made.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES:

Guests may check-in after 3pm. Check-out is at 12nn. An early check in or check out can be arranged with prior notice and subject to availability.
