Auberge Resorts Collection Appoints Michele McConalogue Director of Sales and Marketing of Hacienda AltaGracia

Auberge Resorts Collection, the leading portfolio of boutique luxury hotels and residences worldwide, announced today that Michele McConalogue has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of Hacienda AltaGracia, a spa resort in Costa Rica. McConalogue, a respected hospitality executive with more than 25 years of strategic sales and marketing experience, will oversee all leisure, catering and Costa Rican event sales, for Hacienda AltaGracia, Auberge Resorts’ first Central American resort in Costa Rica.

McConalogue joins Hacienda AltaGracia from Capella Marigot Bay Resort and Marina in Saint Lucia, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales and marketing function for both the resort and the 42-berth marina.
Prior to that, McConalogue oversaw all aspects of sales and marketing efforts for The Founders Inn and Spa in Virginia Beach, as director of sales and marketing where she developed and led a sales team that consistently exceeded goals, resulting in record occupancies and revenues during her tenure.
Her previous luxury hospitality experience includes executive level positions at Lough Eske Castle, a Solis Hotel & Spa, Donegal, Ireland, Tower Hotel Group and Gresham Hotels.
McConalogue received a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Ulster in Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
